Terms of access

  1. What you buy

    Access to six recorded videos and one live Q&A session by Ouzy (@OuzyTs), for one person, through the members room on this site.

  2. Price and payment

    The price is $300 USD, paid once in BTC, LTC, SOL or USDT (TRC20 or ERC20). For BTC, LTC and SOL you send $300 worth at the rate when you send.

    • You pay the network fee on top. Payments that arrive short are not approved until the difference is paid.
    • Send only the coin and network shown next to the address. Funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address are lost and cannot be recovered or refunded.

  3. Approval

    Every payment is checked by hand on the blockchain. Access opens once your payment is confirmed. A proof can be denied if the payment is missing, short, on the wrong network, or already used by someone else. Ouzy may refuse any application.

  4. No refunds

    All sales are final. Once access is granted, payments are not refunded, in full or in part.

  5. Personal licence

    Your access is a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the content for your own learning. You may not:

    • share your account or login with anyone;
    • record, download, screenshot or copy the videos or the Q&A;
    • resell, publish or redistribute any part of the content.

    Your account works on up to 2 devices, and only one login is active at a time: signing in on one device signs you out of the others.

    Every video carries a watermark tied to your account. Any breach ends access immediately, without notice and without refund. Ouzy may also take legal action over leaked content.

  6. Live Q&A

    The date and time are announced in the members room. The join link appears there shortly before the start. The date can change; members are told when it does. A missed session is not repeated.

  7. Not financial advice

    Everything shared is education only. It is not financial, investment or trading advice. Trading carries a high level of risk and may not suit everyone. You can lose money. Past results, including any shared by Ouzy, do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own decisions.

  8. Changes

    These terms can be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms you accepted when you paid apply to your purchase.

Privacy

  1. What is collected

    When you submit a payment proof:

    • your email address;
    • your X handle, if you give it;
    • the network and transaction ID of your payment;
    • the screenshot you upload;
    • the time you submitted and the fact that you accepted these terms;
    • an account ID used to link your proof to your access.

    When you watch a lesson: the device you use (browser and system), your IP address, and the city and country it points to. This is used only to enforce the 2-device limit and detect shared accounts.

  2. Why

    • to verify your payment and open your access;
    • to tell you about the live Q&A and changes to it;
    • to watermark the videos with your email, so leaks can be traced;
    • to enforce these terms.

    Your data is not sold and not used for advertising.

  3. Who can see it

    Only Ouzy. Other buyers never see your details. The services that host this site, its data and its emails process it on Ouzy's behalf.

  4. The blockchain is public

    Your transaction ID, amount and sending address are visible to anyone on the blockchain. That is how crypto works and is outside Ouzy's control.

  5. How long it is kept

    For as long as your access lasts, and afterwards only as long as needed to handle disputes or leaks. You can ask for your data to be deleted by writing to . Deleting it ends your access.
